I had them arrange the towing and then they even offered to deliver the vehicle back to me free of charge! It is always great to see good customer service, and that is why I keep going back to see Doreen and Mitch! Less
I've been using Koch for awhile now. They have a polite service team, have performed the work I requested on time, and at or below estimates.
